We often define life by the big moments that feel worthy of sharing, but most of life happens between those big moments.
That’s where the richness comes in; it’s where contentment and fulfillment lies. We long for the extraordinary, when it is the joy in the ordinary that can become our lifeblood.
This is a reminder to capture the in-between moments; be fully present; make memories from the un-memorable.
Adventures & Updates
One of the biggest personal challenges I’ve been working through is figuring out what feels unright in my life. It’s so easy to push forward, stay busy, and convince ourselves that everything is fine.
But deep down, if something isn’t quite sitting right, it’s worth paying attention to.
I’ve been reflecting a lot on this concept—what I call my “unright thing”—and how we all have moments when we feel like we’re forcing a fit. It takes courage to acknowledge it, let alone make a change.
But leaning into that discomfort often leads to the greatest breakthroughs.
What’s one thing in your life that feels unright? And what’s one small step you can take to explore that feeling?
On a completely different (and wildly fun) note—yes, it happened! I had the incredible opportunity to be an officiant on Love Is Blind! What an experience. It was surreal to be part of such a powerful and emotional moment for a couple taking this leap of faith. Love is such a complex, beautiful, and unpredictable thing, and seeing it unfold in such a unique way was unforgettable.

This experience reminded me just how important it is to embrace the unexpected opportunities that come our way. Sometimes, the most amazing moments in life happen when we say yes to something outside our comfort zone.
In early March, I had the privilege of speaking to a group of healthcare workers—and as their opening presenter I made sure they absorbed that the day was a day for them to be a “care receiver” rather than a “care giver”—and that the day was a retreat (not a summit or conference), a day for them to retreat, to step back, and to be selfish and get nourished. The wonderful agenda focused on health in so many ways… mental health, nutrition, physical, and financial, including yoga and free massages at lunch.

My focus was on their heart health; not like doing cardio, but the health of our soul. And that is where the focus was, encouraging them and showing the path to even greater fulfillment in their lives, improves success in their careers, and increase in their impact.
That’s exactly what I want for you, too.
I want you to take a step back from constantly giving and allow yourself to receive. To nourish yourself—not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—so you can show up as your best, most fulfilled self. Because when you take care of your own heart and soul, everything else—your career, your relationships, your impact—naturally falls into place.
So, consider this your gentle nudge to pause, breathe, and give yourself the same care and compassion you so freely give to others. You deserve it.
