I hope this message finds you well and thriving. I wanted to take a moment to connect with you all, share some personal insights, and reflect on the themes we’ve explored together this month.
Your engagement and support mean the world to me, and I’m excited to continue this journey of growth and discovery alongside each of you.
Adventures & Updates
First, the big news on my front: my new website is launched!! (In fact, two new websites have launched!)
SteveFredlund.com, has gone through a major overhaul to more accurately reflect my new focus on helping individuals, teams, and organizations break through to the extraordinary; take a peek and let me know what you think.
The other one might surprise a few of you who don’t realize I officiate weddings on the side. It’s so much fun to be part of the “big day” for so many couples. It seemed time to make it official and launch a site, which I just did a few weeks ago. Check it out at AwesomeOfficiant.com and let me know what you think. And, as a tease, stay tuned for a really fun announcement coming soon!

Late January and throughout February was also highlighted by meeting so many cool people!
This includes another trip to share insights at the first-ever “Sales Rally” for Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company. We discussed how they can move past their “good” results and break through to the extraordinary, including their massive sales goal by the year 2028.
I also had meetings at the Metropolitan Airports Commission in Minneapolis and North Iowa Area Community College, where I led a three hour training for their impressive Business Partnership program. About a week later, I conducted a similar virtual training for those who couldn’t be there in person.
One of my favorite stops last month was in Milaca, Minnesota. This was full of nostalgia for me because that’s where my mom graduated high school (photo on the right, above) and two sets of grandparents lived; so many special memories. I was there because I was asked to speak to staff, faculty and administration of the Milaca School District during their in-service day. Stopping by my grandparents farm and the apartment my grandma used to live in is part of my intentional effort to “pause and take in the view” — one of my Big 5 keys to breakthrough personally and professionally. Let this be your reminder to do the same.
The month ended with my fifth presentation to a group from the Minnesota Rural Electric Association. I’m learning so much about their complicated industry and hopefully giving them tangible things they can do to enhance their lives and business.

Embracing The Adventure
There are a lot of unknowns in our communities, country and world right now – and whatever your feelings are, they are valid, because they are yours.
This uncertainty is something I talk about often – that like an African safari, there are ups & downs, highs & lows, knowns & unknowns in our world. This is the very nature of safari, and the very nature of life – this is the human experience.
My encouragement is to lean into the adventure; which doesn’t mean you always like everything, but you recognize this is the very nature of our experience.
As we move into March, I’m eager to delve into new topics that inspire and challenge us. Your feedback and experiences are invaluable, so please continue to share your thoughts and stories. Together, we can create a community that uplifts and motivates each other.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
Let’s continue to embrace growth, support one another, and strive for excellence in all we do.
Safari Update
Stay tuned about potential future safaris. Conversations are happening about how we can put some options together to allow more people to go, keep it as affordable as possible, and allow the flexibility for all of you to experience what you truly want.
