Hey there, my amazing crew! As I reflect on this past year, I’m filled with gratitude for all of you who’ve cheered me on and fueled my journey.
From the excitement of my book launch to creating a brand-new video and connecting with so many of you through countless speaking events, it’s been an incredible ride!
Now, I’m revving up for what’s ahead—big goals, exciting projects, and yes, maybe even a safari adventure!
Remember, you’re my “peeps in the jeep,” and I’m here to help you navigate your own path.

December proved to be a fun and fulfilling month.
I was fortunate to be invited to two different speakers showcases, “Speakers & Sessions” hosted by Meet Minneapolis and Elan Speakers Agency and the Nationally Speaking showcase.
In each case, speakers are selected to share a portion of their talk to event and meeting planners. These were terrific opportunities to get in front of many decision-makers at one time.
I also had the exciting opportunity to travel to Muscatine, Iowa where I spoke to 120+ top leaders at the KENT Corporation Leadership Summit. What an impressive group of leaders they have!
I am excited to begin this new year strong and hope to see many of you along the way!

The horizon stretches endlessly, filled with possibilities.
What tracks do you want to leave behind this year? Maybe you’re ready to chase that “big five” goal—or perhaps you’re just looking to wander off the beaten path and discover something new about yourself.
This month, let’s focus on intention. Like a lion eyeing its prey, stay sharp and focused. What’s the one thing you’re ready to tackle this year? Write it down, say it out loud, or share it with a fellow explorer (hint: that’s me!).
Remember: Every great journey starts with a single step—or paw print.
So even if your first moves feel small, trust that they’re setting you on the path to something extraordinary.

Plans are coming together quickly for the next safari I will be leading. If we get enough people, we will be headed to South Africa for a full week of adventure in June!
