As a business coach and consultant, I have been fortunate enough to work with many small business owners, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders over the years. Through my work, I have come to understand the unique challenges that each of these groups faces and the importance of providing them with the support and expertise they need to succeed.
One group that is particularly close to my heart is micro-business owners. These are small businesses with five or fewer employees, often run by mom and pop shops in rural communities. These businesses are the lifeblood of their communities, and when they thrive, they help to revitalize downtown areas and contribute to a sense of community pride.
I believe that these businesses are often underserved and overlooked when it comes to support and resources. That’s why I founded my coaching and consulting business, which specializes in working with micro-businesses.
My approach is unique because I not only help these businesses grow and succeed, but I also recognize the importance of community pride and involvement. I believe that small businesses can contribute to the success of the area as a whole, and I am passionate about helping them do just that.
If you are a small business owner struggling to grow your business or feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn for support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am here to help, and I would be honored to work with you.
Now, let’s talk about another group that often goes underserved in the business world: mid-career business owners. These are business owners who are 10 to 15 years into their businesses and often feel stuck or unsure of how to move forward.
One of the reasons for this is a resistance to outside help. These business owners may feel that they’ve never worked in the house, so how could someone from outside their industry possibly help them? But as I point out, business acumen and experience can be applied broadly, and outside help can be the key to tapping into resources and taking advantage of programs.
That’s why I founded the Prove It Initiative, which encourages mid-career business owners to invest in outside help. The initiative offers a free initial consultation, followed by a six-month coaching program to help businesses break through their plateaus and reach their full potential.
By taking advantage of outside resources, mid-career business owners can overcome their resistance to help and tap into the knowledge and experience needed to take their businesses to the next level.
Now, let’s shift gears and talk about small business owners who want to transform their businesses. As a business coach and consultant, I have found that many business owners want to make a change but don’t know where to start. They may not understand the human brain and why they feel apathetic, or they may not want to invest in expensive coaching services.
That’s why I created a unique coaching program that is results-based and accessible to small business owners. The program is designed to transform your business and make our communities more vibrant.
The program is simple and easy to access. All you need to do is fill out a short five-question form that includes your name, email, and three questions on how to transform your business. I take on two clients per week for 10 hours, and the cost is 10% of my usual rate.
What sets this coaching program apart is the money-back guarantee. If you don’t see the value in the program, you can request a full refund. I am willing to invest my time and effort for little to no pay to prove to you that my coaching program works.
Finally, let’s talk about the nonprofit sector. Nonprofit organizations play a vital role in our communities by creating and building a better world for all. They provide essential services, promote social justice, and contribute to the well-being of individuals and society as a whole.
